With respect to any existing client relationships, the updated terms and conditions will apply thirty (30)days from their publication on the website and the client may terminate its contractual relationship thirty (30) days after such publication.

Products and Courses
The OKSAPE website offers digital products, such as eBooks, online courses, guided meditations, and transformational programs. Products can be purchased directly on the site and are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

OKSAPE guarantees the conformity of products purchased through the website with the contract of sale, for a duration of two years from the delivery of the purchased product.

Pricing, and Payment and Delivery
Prices for services and products may be updated at any time. Payment must be made according to the options available at the time of purchase using the payment methods offered on the OKSAPE website.

Delivery of purchased products and courses will occur immediately after payment. The products will be

delivered in digital form to the electronic address indicated during the conclusion of the sale.

10. Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

Any purchase made via the OKSAPE website entitles customers to a fourteen (14) day period during which they might exercise their right to withdraw from the contract.

Should a client wish to exercise such a right of withdrawal, the client must inform us at contact@oksape.com, through an unambiguous statement and before the expiry of the withdrawal period, of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

For Sessions
• Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice: We offer a full refund or a free rescheduling option via the Calendly link provided in the confirmation email.
• Cancellations within less than 48 hours: Non-refundable, but clients may reschedule once for free using the link in the confirmation email.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend without prior notice will not receive a refund or rescheduling option.

For Programs and Courses
• Refund Guarantee: Programs and courses include a 15-day refund guarantee. Refunds must be requested via the platform where the course or program is hosted.
• How to Request a Refund: Submit refund requests via the hosting platform or contact us at contact@oksape.com with proof of payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

11. Service Interruption
OKSAPE reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice due to technical, operational, or strategic reasons.

12. Specific Conditions for Transformation Programs

OKSAPE does not guarantee the outcome or results of any of its programs or courses. The potential results of each course or program depend on the individual user. OKSAPE incurs in this regard strictly an obligation of means.

a) Personal and Spiritual Development Programs, Community and Guidance Sessions
Participation in programs, community and sessions is voluntary, and OKSAPE does not guarantee specific results, as each individual’s journey is unique.

b) Reiki and Kundalini Activation sessions
Reiki and Kundalini Activation sessions are provided as tools for personal growth. OKSAPE is not responsible for unexpected experiences that may arise during these processes.

c) Session Format
OKSAPE reserves the right to modify session formats when fewer than 15 participants are present, including:
• Adjusting session duration while maintaining quality and content.
• Modifying the format while ensuring quality standards.
• Canceling or postponing the session with prior notice.

By booking and paying for a session, participants agree to the following terms:
Health risks and conditions for participation:

By participating in the sessions, participants confirm that they are not suffering from any medical conditions that make them vulnerable to incurring harm during a session. Participants are responsible for disclosing any health condition that could pose risk before the start of the session.

The services offered do not include any medical advice and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or any other medical treatments.

OKSAPE is not liable for any damage that occurs as a consequence of undisclosed medical conditions.

Possible side effects of participating in a session include but are not limited to temperature changes,

involuntary movements, intense emotional expressions (laughter, crying, screaming), or orgasms.

Participants are responsible for their own health. Participants are responsible for taking the necessary

post-session precautions. OKSAPE recommends participants to avoid alcohol, drugs, and heavy meals

after a session. This recommendation does not constitute medical advice, and participants are

responsible for seeking professional medical advice in case post session effects differ from the above

announced.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contractual relationships between OKSAPE and participants in any products or services, including sessions, programs, courses, workshops, and other offers, are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
In the event of disputes, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to judicial instances. If no agreement is reached, the competent jurisdiction will be the district where OKSAPE’s headquarters are registered in Luxembourg.
